- WhatsApp/Mobile Number
- Password
- Any additional details required for verification
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login details confidential
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
2. Course Access & Usage
- You will receive access to your purchased courses after successful payment.
- Access duration varies based on the course and is mentioned on the product page.
- Course content (videos, PDFs, lectures, notes, animations) is for personal learning only.
- Re-uploading, reselling, or sharing content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- By purchasing a course, you confirm that all payment information is accurate and authorized.
- ScholarML does not store or process banking/UPI/card details.
4. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.
ScholarML reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.
5. Collaboration With Partners
ScholarML partners with third-party platforms such as YunoLearnings for:
- Backend support
- Content hosting
- Webinar management
- Payment support
Users may be redirected to partner platforms as part of the learning experience.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
ScholarML does not guarantee:
- Exams ranks
- Job placement
- Salary hikes
- Interview results
- Specific skill outcomes
Learning outcomes depend entirely on individual effort.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on ScholarML, including:
- Videos
- Notes
- Lecture recordings
- Assignments
- Logos and branding
is the property of ScholarML and its instructors.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Manim Licensing
Some lecture animations are created using:
Manim Community Edition (ManimCE)

9. Termination of Access
ScholarML may suspend or terminate user access if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Course content is illegally shared
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
